About Kerri Culotta
Education and Work Experience Kerri is a 1980 graduate of the University of Alabama, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and a major in Marketing. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors and the Birmingham Association of Realtors. Kerri’s work experience includes various Management positions in Birmingham in banking. “My education and work experiences have given me the tools and foundation to provide my clients with professional and dedicated service to successfully guide them through the process of buying or selling their home.” She routinely takes real estate courses to enhance her knowledge of the latest developments and changes in order to better serve her clients. Focus of My Personal Life “My focus is my faith; Jake, my husband of 29 years; and our four children, Jake, Peter, Mary Catherine and Rachel. The activities I choose to spend time on ultimately relate to our family, friends and the issues that are close to my heart.” Through the years, Kerri has been involved in various charitable and civic activities in the community. Kerri has taught Sunday school and Vacation Bible School, and served as Room Mother, Team Mother and Girl Scout Troop Leader. She also coached volleyball for 7 years at Saint Rose Academy. She and her husband have served as Spiritual Life Chairmen for the John Carroll Catholic PTO, and they also served on the John Carroll Catholic PTO Board for five years. Kerri has also served as Vice President of the Parish Council and Vice President of the Altar Sodality at her church, Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Homewood. Kerri's family has served as a foster family for Catholic Family Services, fostering newborn infants awaiting adoption. "Fostering was a great blessing to our family and we will always treasure the memories of that experience." Her family organized a Hispanic outreach program through Saint Rose Academy and Resurrection Catholic Church which focused on serving Hispanic families with newborns to ensure the families had food, diapers, clothing and baby beds. "The focus of our family's efforts have been to foster life which has most certainly been a grace from God."
